Refund policy

Returns

Always contact us prior to sending back any product.  Any product received without a return authorization will not receive a refund.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  For all purchase made between November 1 and December 31, please see the holiday returns section below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable files
- Custom artwork

We do require all product be returned for inspection.  If the product was received damaged, we do require pictures be emailed to us prior to issuing a return authorization.

There are certain situations where a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund: 

- Art prints with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any custom print returned for reasons not due to our error

Make sure to inspect all prints when received and hold onto the packaging in-case it is needed for a return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the package, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  We will notify you when we process your refund. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, try these steps before contacting us:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@justartinaround.com.

Holiday Returns

For all purchases made between November 1 and December 31, they may be returned either 60 days after the purchase date or prior to February 1 of the following year.  For example, a purchase made on November 1, 2019 can be returned no than February 1, 2020.

Shipping

As mentioned before, a return authorization is required for all returns.  Always contact us prior to shipping any product back.  Products received without a return authorization will not be refunded.  We will provide you a packing slip for all returns.

All products must be shipped no later than 21 days after the issue date of the return authorization.  A refund will not be issued if the product is not shipped within 21 days from the issue date of the return authorization.

We will provide a prepaid USPS First Class shipping label. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the refund if it is determined that a restocking fee should be deducted.

We are grateful for your support of our small family-owned business. Please take note that all pet portraits will be shipped after the New Year as a result of the significant sales volume.
